A very nice early George III period mahogany three topped folding table standing on elegantly shaped cabriole legs with nicely shaped knees. The top opens to a wooden surface for tea and eating or a leather surface for game playing. The mahogany is beautifully figured and well matched. The table features a hidden drawer in the front frieze. Recently beautifully polished. A rare table in very good condition. The only notable repair being to a small area around one hinge. We date this table to about 1770.
