Purportedly salvaged from a home Bernard Maybeck built for himself that burned down early in the 20th century. We have been unable to locate photos of the original building on Cedar Street in Berkeley. Please let us know if you know where to find images of the original structure. The building was quickly replaced but the elaborate eaves were not recreated. These were painted a red color. Now it has an “old” grey finish. We think these might make a great looking mantel.
